"i stood on the plutonium shores of the lake,
where all the poets had went to die,
the mountains bejeweled with snow.
i saw nothing in the vast expanse,
only the stars in a hazy trance,
yet when the sun rose,
and night came to a close,
i saw marigolds and amber daffodils."
Welcome to Amber Daffodils, which is my 4th poetry collection, but only the 3rd currently published (one I unpublished). There is a wide variety of different topics, though I have tried to incorporate a semblance of melancholy-ness into each and every one. Criticism is always allowed and encouraged!

Of Breaking hearts, young love, betrayal and pain. Of Mending hearts, familiar pain, unexpected hurt and aftermath. Of Healing hearts, underated heartache, pain and acceptance. Of Love, Love that is as deep sea. Pain, that knows no bounds. Strength, that exist within time, but lasts forever. Of Sadness, sadness that always returns, Of Trauma, trauma that runs in deep, and the art of dying, every time. Of Scribbles and rambles, unsaid words and sealed pain. Of Life, Love, Pain, Sadness, Trauma. Of the art of rising like a phoenix, every time. Of Anxiety and Paranoia. Of Anything bad, Of Everything good. This is a story of a girl, it's a continuous one. Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order.
