The Tusk Time Model is very straightforward: if you can prove that you are a productive and valuable member of society within the first 30 years of your life, you are allowed to be a part of The Future, the only group of people allowed to have children. There is only one problem - you have to survive the Present and with the Past Police watching your every step, living past the age of 30 proves to be a difficult task that fewer than 20% of the population can achieve.
