I decided to get to know more about shifting some days ago since I heard more and more about it on social media. So I started to do some more research and found out that there are a lot of lies going around on those platforms.
In this book, I want to talk about shifting. What it is, how to do it and I'll also give you the chance to ask questions - I'll then try to answer them as well as possible.

I am 16 years old and finally will have a life out the home I have know for so long. I will be going to a school. The leaders of our city will be picking which school I fit in. I had survived the first. That was then; this is now. The blindfold of so many pills slowly died away and first though my finger then my head, a passion, a hurt and a need filled me as every moment was consumed with words; every breath with wisps of ink. My life in ruins, this is where I'm at currently. I was living a lie, lying to people and most importantly to myself.
