Ami and her father, Dr cassington move to what is locally known as 'The Ghost House'. It's old, tall and goes bump in the night. Her new friends can't believe she lives there, but what does an old story have to do with it? Can they be brave enough to discover what truly lies within The Goth House's walls? Or are they all doomed? And what are they going to do about Ami's father?
(Picture this in an anime world, it'll make a lot more sense, and it contains things from Mad father and corpse party, so I suggest you look them up first.

Sakura House Vol. 1
After the girl he likes says she no longer cares about him, and many other reasons, 24 year old Simon Cross falls into a great deal of depression, wishing he had the means to go to another country to leave everything behind and start a new life, he is suddenly visited by a strange old man who will give him what he wishes for with no negative repercussions. The old man somehow gives him the power to call upon any money he will ever need when needed, the ability to speak, read, write, and understand any language, and lastly, raises his luck to basically be the luckiest man alive, but his luck is unpredictable. (Cant be too lucky.) Taking the opportunity, Simon decides to move to Japan. On his first day there he decides to find a cheap apartment, but due to his good luck, he helps just the right person and becomes a resident of a coed boarding house known as the Sakura House, but here's the thing: He is the only male resident! With seven girls living there, how will Simon withstand the pressures of trying not to seem like a pervert, and will he find new love in his new life? Now this is a work of fiction, I've never actually been to Japan, so I'm basically gonna make up my own town that Simon moves to in Japan. That way I can use whatever I want, and people wont possibly say stuff like, "You know nothing about Japan, these things aren't in that kinda area!" etc. etc.Complete

A long time ago, in 1869, a couple lived in a beautiful home in a deserted farmland where they couldn't be heard nor bothered. They loved and cared for each other so much. Moving into a new house can always be fun, right? Will not for Cynthia. Moving into a new house was supposed to mean getting used to her new surroundings, finding friends, and preparing to start going to her new school next fall. Adam started drinking and doing drugs to cope with the pain. He named his youngest daughter after his sister to honor her. A woman passed him with her dog. She ask him to move out, because it's haunted. A horrible event took placed in that house many years ago. Adam doesn't believe her. Pretty soon, Max starts hearing child laughter and a lullaby at night. She tells it to her dad, but Adam says she has to stop watching horror movies. But what they don't know is that the woman was right. The house is possessed by evil spirits. The story threatens to be retold if they're not careful. But when Adam finds out a dark secret, it's already too late.Complete
