A City of Color: An Anthology

I'm not very good at making summaries, but here's an attempt:

The City is a place somewhere in the future, far enough along where a calendar would be meaningless. Sometimes it breathes, sometimes it shifts, and sometimes it doesn't exist at all.
This is a set of stories revolving around one of the cities residents, a young man named Milo, his friends, and the lives of those who live their days, and nights, and long summer afternoons, in the City.
