Learning Writing Style
I was taking a shower one night in December because it was so cold. I was the only one at the house. My mom and sister spent time with our dad in New York. He was in New York to spend time with his mother, but I did not go because I was afraid to fly on a plane, so I stayed back. That night I had to turn the heater on. But I wish I didn't.
I cannot tell my family what happened that night, and they would never believe me. So I kept that night to myself for many years.
Who is this person? He showed up again, and I was terrified and ran through the house screaming and crying. Now, I am not living with my family, and I live someplace else.
I tried to tell them everything. But, look at what happened.
I will find this person to reveal the truth, but it is too late. I have been in this place for many years, and my family has moved on.
I am escaping...

But to her bewilderment, she is taken to Alex. A dangerous and high ranking vampire that enjoys toying with his victims. Knowing how precarious this vampire is, Evie still can't shake the feeling that his striking blue eyes are reminiscent of something but what. I should try to fight. But what's the point in trying to run away? He would eventually find me and if he has his way he would most likely kill me. If this is my fate then why am I trying to fight it? I felt someone harshly grab my waist and pull me up and I complied. They dragged me down the alley and into the busy street. I heard the opening of a car and the next thing I knew I was being thrown into a car. My head hit the hard leather seat and the door shut behind me. Maybe this is how my life will end.
