Akira Sora is a student who wants to become a famous musician, but living in Japan means that not many people are willing to support the Welsh girl who can play only four simple notes on a guitar. Area 11 decide to run a program where they help young people discover their musical talent and try to help get them started in the industry, Akira decides to enrol, with only a CV written in Japanese, her battered acoustic guitar and a burning desire to succeed. Sparkles* takes a liking to the Welsh girl and takes her under his wing, but when he discovers her secret, his whole band end up facing a problem that could end Akira's career before it's even begun....
