Detective Michael Hanson is approached by his boss to be the go between for the police force of Lincoln City and an informant named Matthew Wallace. The objective: Track down a terrorist calling himself The Lincoln City Bomber. Wallace and another sociopath named Walter Morris once worked with the bomber, but a local woman testified against them, putting them away. Unfortunately, she became a revenge target for the Lincoln City Bomber as did everyone who came to her aid. When Hanson's partner as well as Hanson's wife are kidnapped, the game turns from being a manhunt to a rescue mission with everything to lose.
