Neurosis

"Nina stood up slowly and wiped the invisible dirt off of her dress, walking silently towards Janet. She grips her dagger tightly and whispers, "You shouldn't have done that mommy"
Janet braced herself and prepared for the pain of a knife grazing across her skin, but it never came. Peeling one eye open at a time, she saw her kidnapper, Nina, draped over the body she had previously struck with a hammer.
"Get away from my daughter!" Janet screams out.
"I'm your daughter now!" Nina cried. "
