All my life I have heard, "They say that ____ is good for you, here eat it", "They say you should stay away from ____ its bad for you, don't you dare go near it", "They say _____ is the nicest person, why can't your be more like them",  "They say..."  you get the picture.  I never figured out who they are but I've decided that it no longer matters.  Now is the time for my say.
