There have been many stories where, after a genocide route, Sans ends up inside of a different world. That's the typical transportation that occurs. 

Not in this world. Sans accidentally ends up on the other side of the computer screen after a teleportation goes wrong. 

As a skeleton, it doesn't take long before the SCP Foundation finds him. He never really stood a chance.
