As a new transfer to the 118 fire station over two thousand miles away from her home, Kassidy Hernandez stops at nothing to prove to her new team and captain that she's got what it takes to be a noble edition to the team. She adapts to her new life in Los Angeles fairly quickly, making friends turned family along the way. Though Kassidy is a closed off person, her new team starts to discover things of her past by breaking down the high barrier she had built herself.
