In this fanfic Marinette has been bullied and kinda abused by adopted parents (Sabrine and Tom). Mari had been living in Gotham until she was around 6 when she was adopted and taken to Paris as she still wishes dearly who her biological parents are. However she did have a family of villains and Jason (until one day she never saw him again around age 4 as she misses him dearly he was a brother to her) in Gotham. Around 13 Mari finds her biological parents as they learn everything that has been going on with the bullying, abuse, and Hawkmoth. Read more to find out!!!! Gotham's Lucky Charm (Daminette)
Marinette moves to Gotham when Bunnix warns that Lila will ruin her life if she stays in Paris, giving Hawk Moth the chance manipulate Marinette's emotions and akumatize her. But Marinette won't let that happen. She wins the Wayne Foundation full-ride scholarship for Gotham Academy and moves into an apartment in an area called Crime Alley. It's not going to be easy to hide her powers, and excuse herself during the middle of classes to take care of akuma attacks back in Paris, but she's sure that somehow she'll be able to manage it. Damian "Ice Prince" Wayne doesn't understand the feelings that he is developing for the new French exchange student. She's just another pretty girl... perhaps a very smart girl... but just a girl! Why does his heart beat faster whenever she's around? Ok, so I'm not a fan of Batman and his fam but Daminette managed to change my mind. Since I don't watch anything with Batman and the cartoon like the titans and all that, this story will only be about Batman and his robins and batgirl and of course immortal Alfred. Ladybug and Chat Noir captures Hawkmoth and brings him to the police, in the process they find out his identity. Something in Chat Noir breaks and he goes crazy. Marinette watches as Chat Noir murders her parents and proceeds to de-transform in front of her and confesses his love. Marinette having enough of her class bullying her and taking care of Paris makes a run for it after taking the miraculous box from its hiding place. Kaalki teleports her somewhere and three people find her and take her in. A while later a boy by the name Damian takes an interest in the Parisian girl.
