Chiyo Izanami is haunted by the afterlife, more specifically her quirk connected her to it, allowing her to be fully submersed in both the spirit world and land of the living.
At 8 years old the death of her mum caused her to be overwhelmed by her quirk.
Believed to be suffering from a severe case of schizophrenia and psychosis she was taken to hospital and specialised psychiatric orphanages to help her.
Now at 17 years old she's out and with a promise to fulfil to her mother.
