On a seemingly ordinary school trip, a group of high school students is thrust into a series of inexplicable and eerie events that force them to confront death... Belle get detention for no reason and she's always tired and pale when she comes home. Adam and his husband get very worried about her, but she assures them that everything is fine. At the same time there's murder in the town and it always takes place at night. His two youngest kids have nightmares at night and don't remember anything in the morning.
