I'm terrible with descriptions.

Monsters and humans had lived together for years in Dreamtale, yet they rarely got on. When a human attacked one of the the tree guardians, the divide only grew.
Eventually the Guardians grew tired of the fighting and the endless, tiring work. They consumed some of the apples they guarded and ended the fighting once and for all.
Centuries later, (in the middle of a multiverse-wide war) a small, makeshift family resides in the disconnected AU of Dreamtale.All Rights Reserved
