Hybern was gone, the courts were simmering, and the night court was reeling from their recent expenditures in love and war. In this familiar fictional sequel, Alexi and Cassian fight not to be at odds despite tensions and fractures among the group. 

As Rhysand and Feyre navigate the rough political horizon approaching, the group is left at their wits end staving off civil contention over the cauldron, the emergence of the daemati history, and Tamlin's ever mysterious prescence. 

A/N: This is an unfinished fic, being written and updated simulateanously. Rewrites and editing are par for the course with this raw work, but I love Sarah J. Maas and her incredible work with the ACOTAR series. Despite have four books with a fifth on the horizon, I couldn't help but write some of my own thoughts and daydreams, and thought I'd share.
