a military project desinged for the capture and repurposing of enimie soliders using geneticly modifed skunks as the delivery system, the skunks would spray a geyser of nanobots at the target, englufing the target and trapping them in a latex like suit. However due to mulitpule issues, the project was discontinued.

Many years later, the technology has been re-discovered by the agency, and they wish to see if the nanobots can be repurposed to make it viable for their own nefarious plans...
