i also used some of my head cannons for their mc characters so here we go, (i only have a few for these three) 
George: taller than dream + wears actual glasses instead of clout goggles. 
Dream: Dream is pretty much Dream..
Sapnap: the same, but his flame is blue instead of orange and yellow, because he knows George is color blind and he wants him to see the colors on his favorite shirt.
