hello!!! this is my newest rendition of my previous book "the right time"! I'll be migrating the rewrites I made into this one, as well as updating this one more frequently. now, I should put a few 'facts' in here.
- all characters are aged up, meaning they're around 18-19 years old
- your weapon form is a chainsaw
- maka is short. itty bitty girl around 5"2
- you're pretty tall now! 5"6 or so
adjustments will be added as we go! the plot I have is loose but I'll do my best!
**update oct 7th 2021: to be inclusive, this'll be a general wlw/nblw fic. as in, u dont have to use she/her pronouns in order for this fic to be fem!reader. we gender inclusive now!

It wasn't ever mentioned again after or even before it, so yeah. Since I want this to be more realistic, there is a high possibility this will be a little more slowburn. Despite the other book having 15 chapters, putting the information together; all of that happens in about ~1 month and a half. Also I felt like Rui was a little OOC too, so you'll notice some changes in his writing possibly. I don't think I have much more to say here so yea.. A Slight Obsession
People often say things happen due to fate or destiny, others say it's just coincidence, while some claim it's due to someone, or something, causing it to happen. Until recently, Y/N just lived their life peacefully, moving every so often due to their parents work. They tried not to get attached to anyone so they wouldn't end up hurt, or hurting someone else once they move again. After meeting certain people though, will they have to move so often? Would they even be able to? ~~~ Alrighty, hello there readers! Not sure why you're here, but if you enjoy this story, then you got bad taste, ngl. Sorry not sorry. Anyways, I'm not 100% sure where I'm going with this story but eh. The updates will be extremely random, hope you're all are okay with that. I'm mostly going to go around the main storyline with... slight changes? I just hope I don't make it anymore confusing than it already is. QUICK NOTE PLEASE READ L will be slightly aged down, I don't feel comfortable writing Y/N as an 18 year old and L as a 24-25 year old with romantic feelings for said 18 year old. L will instead be 20 since that would work out better for the story. Near will not be a love interest, he will be more of a younger brother figure, and Mello will have more of an admiration for Y/N, like a kid crushing on a celebrity sorta thing. I'm gonna try and make this sorta slowburny, but with my writing style, I'm sure that won't be an issue. I'm also gonna try to keep this as gender neutral as possible, so please let me know if I've accidentally used the wrong pronouns or something throughout the story!! -Little Update before description! My writing has improved a lot since I started this book, this is nearly two years old, if you don't care for bad writing read it all, if you do an want genuine good oneshots, I'd say start from around the one titled 'The Wrong Right One' from there my writing is alright and even then you can see improvements considering that one is a year old now, just keep how old this is in mind while you read (realistically speaking I'd say from the last oneshot but I'm overly critical of myself so don't take my word for it 💀) So yeahh It's just a bunch of Ishimondo oneshots Fluff angst erm...
