This is caused by the patient dealing with unrequited love, it happens rarely and only with true love.. It's not just about dying 'cause of love. It's a brutal torture day by day. I hope my book will give this bad feeling through and making it able to understand the topic's darkside and how brutal hanahaki can really be.
