Violet Connely is a sixth-year Slytherin transfer from Beauxbatons. When first on the train to Hogwarts, she meets none other than Draco Malfoy. Slowly, Violet finds herself falling for handsome and cunning Malfoy boy. But then, she meets Harry Potter. He's charming, kind, and has all the right intentions. What will happen when she suddenly starts developing feelings for him as well? Confused and struggling with where her loyalties lie, will Violet leave Draco and abandon his side? Or will she throw away these new feelings and stay, where she will continue to be pulled into the darkness and destruction, or leave and find herself in a place where she's accepted by those around her and truly loved for who she is, knowing she's making the right decision? TW// mentions of sexual assault, gore, battles and war --re doing most of the chapters right now also--

The retelling of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, but through the eyes of 5th year Gryffindor, Violet Ward. What happens when a young girl, in the midst of trying to find herself and fit it with the Golden Trio, falls for the well known Slytherin Prince, Draco Malfoy? ______________________________________ "Would I ever do anything to hurt you?" the distinct notes of worry mingled with his words. There was a silence. The answer couldn't seem to leave Violet's throat. "Violet, do you trust me?" said Draco, barely maintaining anything more than a whisper. "Yes," she replied plainly, though she wasn't sure if she believed the answer. She suddenly became increasingly aware of his hand on her knee, as his shoulder grew unusually uncomfortable under her head. She swallowed an anxious sigh.
