This is basically a beta of my newest work, the Seventh Knight Awakens, so you can read that on my Ao3 if you want better quality, storytelling, and less grammatical errors.

Last time, the Hero lost. The Hylian Champion, chosen to destroy evil, slain, and a kingdom fallen in darkness' wake. Not two decades later, a young man with strange origins finds his path uncertain, as he learns he is a reincarnation of that same hero. Now, he must be the real hero among all those who have fallen.

Set in a version of Hyrule combining all elements from several mainline games.
(Several characters and concepts belong to Nintendo).

While Link and Zelda try to save themselves from the abuse, an evil prince from another country declares war on Hyrule in hopes of annexing the kingdom, and Link must go to war, leaving Zelda. Time has passed. Hyrule is getting rebuilt. Zelda on the other hand is not quite sure what to do. She is no longer a princess, She's a queen with responsibilities. A dark force is looming. Old friends are getting rediscovered but that boy. That man. Link. There's an unfinished story with him. This is my take on the universe. There will be new characters that aren't canon. There will be a few POV swaps but let's see if I can make this a cohesive story.
