When Dream heads to the library and finds that someone is beside a shelf he wants to get to, he politely asks them to move. However, he definitely did not expect them to reply in a totally different language.

'It was dark outside by now, and Dream could hear the sounds of monsters roaming the surface. He shivered and grabbed his stone sword a little tighter. I did something similar to this for a German story I published like two years ago, so I figured, why not do it in English too? So here goes nothing! This will be a long one! Also, I already want to apologize for not writing the characters 'realistic' enough at some points. I mainly watch Philza and Techno, so everyone else is a bit... unknown to me? Like of course I watch Tommy Videos or Dream Manhunt and all that, but that's about it. So if you feel like your favorite DSMP streamer isn't written very accurately, I'm very sorry, but I'm doing my best. Apart from that, have fun! A DreamSMP Fanfiction with Ranboo our beloved as the main character. Ranboo started to hear the voice of a man said to be named Dream after his sixteenth birthday. He lives somewhere in England, his family in America. He moved to England to get some more action into his life, do something new. But ever since he started hearing the voice, nothing's been the same since, and not in a good way. On the same day of his birthday, he got a package in the mail. The address was unknown, and inside the package was a book with a title that read "DO NOT READ". There was a lock on it, so he couldn't read the book. He has it kept on his bookshelf now, in case he might ever need it. The voice started to tell Ranboo things he shouldn't be hearing, things about how this world isn't real, and they're all variants of another. He's tried to pay no mind to the voice, but day by day it gets louder, and more vivid with it's wording.
