A small town isn't where you'd expect to find adventure. At least that's what Henry Blake had been led to believe as he trudged through his life, each day becoming more and more similar. But when he accidentally becomes a witness of a fight between two mysterious men, this idea is thrown out of the window.
A collection of darkness, strange beasts and combat is forced upon him. And as Henry tries to make his way through all of it, he finds out he also possesses a strange power that has never been seen before.
But time isn't on his side. As civil unrest starts to brew, set in motion by the thought to be dead Adam Phoenix. Henry must step up to the plate and shoulder the responsibility of his new powers. Attempting to stop the world he's just found from crashing down around him.

Good thing Gideon's teleportation from the present has also left him with the ability to use magic, and he's quickly regarded as a powerful wizard. In this timeline, Wales maintained it's independence, but that's about to change. Henry V is on the throne of the England, and the greatest warrior king England has ever had has set his sights on Wales. Can Gideon help save his newfound friends and master his new powers, while living a double life in the 21st century? Ahem, living people die, dying people live, Henry V is here and he's awesome despite being the main antagonist, everybody is vaguely gay, swords are described in loving detail, people are not, lovely platonic friendships, did we mention swords? Yes, you may learn something about history, but that's a risk you'll have to take. Basically, think of this as a Percy Jackson type of adventure, but it's historical fiction instead of Greek gods. The narrator is 15 and the major supporting characters are 14, 17, and 19. That said, there's nothing in the way of content that's inappropriate for a younger reader. As always if you're not here to go on a fun little adventure find a different story. Trigger/Content: very mild language, some magic violence, fantasy violence. Self-harm is briefly discussed. Adoption issues are discussed as well as brief scenes of a abusive family. Characters briefly mention crushes and or dating, no real innuendos.Complete

I jumped to my feet and punched him in the side. There was hardly an effect. "You're weak" he spat, walking a step closer towards me. I growled as I had had it with this blood sucking devil! My blue eyes fumed in anger as my wolf was released. I am a white wolf. Liam's eyes bulged as he saw my true form. He then smiled ready to fight. I lunged for the bastard, knocking him to the ground. His other minions rushed towards me all attaching me at once. I attempted to fight against them. They kept coming on me and it was becoming too much for me to handle. My fur had gone from a snowy white, to a bloody reddish color. So much blood. I laid down. Maybe just a minute of rest. I saw Liam walk up to me. He looked down at me and smiled. "What's wrong little wolf? No more energy?" He smirked. Then Liam was suddenly thrown to the damp ground by something, a jet black wolf with glowing red eyes. He was beautiful with his gleaming coat and strong legs. The black wolf left Liam on the ground and fiercely killed all of Liam's minions easily. He wasn't finished with his prowl, he turned back to face Liam but realized that the pureblooded vampire had already run off. Then I hear a deep growl. "Mate", and my heart stops. ------------ Alexandra's pack is mercilessly destroyed by werewolves most hated species: vampires. The species has hated each other since the beginning of time.
