Sapphire Salvatore. The last living Salvatore is the great-great-great (you get the point) niece of Damon and Stefan Salvatore. 

When Stefan moves back to Mystic Falls, Damon soon follows dragging along Sapphire who lives with him. They learn of the Katherine Pierce look alike that Sapphires Uncles fall for, just like they did with Katherine. 

Sapphire knows all about the supernatural, Damon thought it was pointless to keep her in the dark seeing as she lived with him and saw he never aged a day. Naturally with Damon Salvatore raising her, Sapphire is a bit... rude.
