Getting used to a new home is only the start of Kayden the goat's worries. The expectations of his parents weigh heavy, and the annoyance of a mustelid bully discourages him every least convenient time. So too is the world around him changing more than he first believed. What makes it well worth it, though, is what he comes to discover.

As much a vignette as a romance; a standout in the genre, without the cynicism typically attached.
