This is the story of... 'Diary of Asparagus' (translates into 'Diary of a sparrow called Gus').
Gus is completely bored with only living within his territory of 4000 flaps and so he leaves it to explore the big, wide world to see what he can see... Gus, see's different things and takes some great shots along the way... Diary entries begin tomorrow :)
**If you have any interesting photos from around the coast of NZ, I'd love to add them into his story***
Please send them and let me know where they have been taken. Gus may very well visit these places you show me :)

This is a sequel, so read "Dating a YouTuber?!" first. I wholeheartedly loved and trusted Nate despite having known him less than a year. I had a million reasons why I shouldn't move in with him but I decided to ignore them and trust my gut feeling rather than my head. How we made it in South Africa
I invite you to share in our journey. I started writing this book 13 May 2008 It takes you through our whole experience of rising up and prospering in South Africa - even under a racist ANC government. I've written this book as an inspiration, that even in the face of huge adversity, you can come out on the other side and make it. However, my wish for you is not to only "make it" - but live your best life. I invite you to come on this journey with us. It was sometimes an emotional rollercoaster with many trials and tribulations, but the end result was worth it. This book is very special and unique in the sense that it was started and written while I was at the lowest point in my life with no salvation in sight... It's wasn't written in hindsight or after the fact. It started with hope, a dream, a promise. You will see when you start going through these pages - If I could make it, surely you can.
