Denise Garcia and Jacob Cruz wanted to enjoy their time visiting Japan during their summer vacation.
However, they arrive in Musutafu on the tenth anniversary of Haruka Ishikawa's death. As an onryō-a vengeful spirit-she bided her time to exact revenge against Japan's hero society.
While the self-styled Symbol of Hate works to bring her plan to fruition, it's not too long before Denise and Jacob have to help unearth the truth about the malicious schemer's past. In the midst of the escalating distrust and unrest, several people attempt to stop Haruka from succeeding.
