Orencio Raptis (more commonly known among his acquaintances as Oren, or the O-Man) is an eccentric and volatile human being that gives little to no fucks. He's got a lust for violence and a libido for getting high. You'd think a sociopath of his caliber would find himself dead in a ditch at a moment's notice- you'd be wrong. He can't die.
