#8 in darkacademia 27/1/21 Winchester College; one of the best schools in the country, only for the rich and academically gifted. It comes as a surprise that Heather Walker should come from that school. Heather is a degenerate starting her final year. She wants to start over and leave school on a good note - when she meets Lucas Middleton. An impossibly gorgeous new student who seems to charm everyone around him; that is, everyone except Heather, who seems to be his person of interest. Curiosity will surely kill the cat in this supernatural romance set amongst a dark academia backdrop. If you love Twilight and Harry Potter, sink your fangs (or gunblades if you're into that sort of thing!) into this romantic adventure. When Sadie Wren crosses a shimmering portal into the fae realm, she becomes the first human ever admitted to the University of Magical Studies - a place of beauty, danger, and secrets that hum beneath every spell. Among rival Courts and unreadable princes, she must learn to control a magic that shouldn't exist and survive a world built on illusion. But the deeper she studies, the more the mirrors whisper, and the more she suspects that nothing in Averiel - not power, not friendship, not even herself - is what it seems. Because some reflections remember what the world wants to forget.
