During this pandemic, we find more time removing each layer of our identity. The deeper we look out our windows, more stars appear. Our hair grows longer and longer. Everyday is spent like a time loop. As Milan Kundera says in "The Unbearable Lightness of Being", every moment in our lives repeat again and again. With a tragic like this pandemic going on and on, the weight and emotions become light. As if life itself was written to be like this. BTS sings, "Life goes on".

In this book, I share with you the wisdom that comes from the weight of Life.
