Kristen Salanda is an eighteen year old freshmen in college at the University of Hawaii, Manoa. She was born in Kauai, Hawaii but moved to San Diego, California when she was just 2 months old after her parents decided to separate. She was raised in San Diego together with her two older brothers, Chris (20) and Brandon (22) by their mother, Marrisa. Growing up, Kristen always had a love for surfing. Surfing was her life, it was her only connection to Hawaii. When she surfed, she felt like the water is where she belonged. Kristen was always interested in her birth place, not just because it's filled with beautiful islands, white sand beaches, great surfers, and exotic foods, but because it's where the father she never got to meet or had, resided. Now that she got accepted to the school of her dreams, Kristen's faith of the plan of the life she always dreamed of lies in her hands. But that will change when a cute and charming baseball player becomes the change in her plans. Join Kristen as she faces her fear of meeting and finding the father she never had and as she struggles with the constant battle with her love for surfing and possibly her new love.
