In a galaxy not so different from ours, there is a variety of planets that are haunted by the never ending war between the Galactic Force and the Vaders. Forced to into hiding, the Vaders rule the Galaxy known as Clayton's Fist. Children born under their reign are to be deported to the "Mother" planet to be raised at a secure government facility where the Vaders train the children to be mass weapons of destruction. However all is not lost. Monte Carlo was one of the various children sent to the government training ground. As one of the best fighters in her Sector, the ruler of Clayton's Fist had high hopes for the young protegee. That is until she met her new Master and became rouge. Now Monte must now gain the Empress's trust by taking part of the deadly game of Astro Races that's fit for only the best of the best. In a dangerous turn of events, Monte now must decide if gaining the Empress trust is more valuable than saving the life of her best friend.

It also has a Divergent and Hunger Games (especially the last book) feel to it, so if you're into that then you should check it out! Enjoy! "Echo Callix you are under arrest." "What?! Why?
