Charlotte is desperate to leave her town because of the strange curse that seems to follow her to each foster parent, desperate she sneaks into the woods surrounding her town.
But what is so wrong about the woods?
Well that is where the creatures lie. Monsters have always been known as the dark, twisted, and evil creatures that hide under your stairs or lurk in your basement. Or perhaps even under your bed.
But what we really miss under all that is what all monsters used to be before their twisted minds and grimy skins.
When Charlotte runs into the terrifying wendigo, Cain. He uncertainly agrees to take her on an adventure to reach where the blood moon shines the most twice a year. As they continue on her journey Charlotte begins to realize the true heritage of these monsters.
