This is a short, nine line, two stanza poem I wrote for an English assignment. It's about my thoughts on peace, and how it is possible living with three younger sisters. It's also based on the same rhyme scheme as Robert Frost's Fire and Ice.

I wrote this play for a man. Our long-distance relationship seemed like Romeo and Juliet's balcony scene. The story is based on the original Shakespearean work, but I tried to make it deeper to capture and cherish all of the moments we shared together. The play is full of metaphors, so don't take everything literally. Mostly, it is about my insecurities regarding the long-distance aspect, and the play actually came before we were able to see each other in real life. He wanted to see my poems, but I gave him something more precious-the most precious gift I was ever able to give.
