Firstly, I would like to say that I am just making this for fun; a zero-pressure way to write my ideas down. Also, I DO NOT OWN THE PICTURE ON THE COVER OR THE CHATACTERS! There are some OCs in this book but most/all of them are throwaway characters that are just there.
In this AU, demigods do exist but there are no camps. Satyrs are sent to show demigods the basics and make them aware of themselves, but that is it. Kronos, Gaea, and no other big bads threatened the world.
On your thirteenth birthday, the connection between you and your soulmate solidifies. You can feel their pain, they can feel yours. If you write on your arm, it appears on theirs. Physical bruises and cuts don't show up though, which makes it harder to find your soulmate but easier to hide their pain.
Annabeth Chase is a daughter of Athena, whose main goal is to survive Goode High School. She wants to find her soulmate, a charismatic troublemaker with a soft side, as well but she knows virtually anything about him. Little does Annabeth know that there are many more demigods at Goode than she originally thought, and one more coming...
Percy Jackson is a son of Poseidon. After being kicked out of Yancy Academy because of an Empousa attack, (stupid Kelli) he is forced to transfer to a school called Goode High School. He doesn't mind, he never liked Yancy anyway, but he hates that he'll be the "new kid" again. The only two reasons he is still sane are his mother and his soulmate. Though he doesn't know much about her, Percy can already tell that the mysterious book-loving girl he has been talking to since he was thirteen is the one for him.
What will happen when Annabeth and Percy meet? Will they figure out that they are soulmates or live the rest of their life oblivious?
There is cursing and subtle mentions of sex in this book.

I AM NOT RICK RIORDAN, HE OWNS THE CHARACTERS, BUT I OWN THE PLOT Leo is staying at the Waystation. What happens when an Instagram post derails his entire relationship with Calypso? Jason and Piper are living in the California Bay Area to finish their high school education. But making friends is hard and bullies are determined to make their lives misery. Percy and Annabeth are living with Sally, Paul, and 3 year old Estelle. But Tartarus, two wars, and five years of questing has tolled them more then they first thought, and hiding it is getting harder, especially when they go to school. Frank and Hazel are Praetors, (along with Reyna). And honestly, they are just passengers along for the ride. Part Two Frank, Hazel, and Reyna are at CHB to create an exchange program between the camps. But something is going on with the Fifth Cohort Percy, Annabeth, and Leo are going to school together. But Leo senses that something is wrong and is determined to figured out what it is Jason and Piper aren't really in this one This part contains panic attacks, but not flashbacks. Okay, so I'd just like to say that this is not well written whatsoever lol. All the grammar is correct, and there's some decent description, but it all feels very rushed if I'm honest. I tried to cram too many ideas in and yeah, it made.. whatever this is. Uh, I have some one-shots on my profile which might be better to read?... If you don't mind a fic being rushed this is probably great for you, lol, but the plot line is very higgledy piggeldy. Um, enjoy? Percy X Apollo Percy Jackson is tired. Of everything. He and Annabeth broke up after the fall into Tartarus, neither being able to look at the other the same way. Sure, they stayed friends, but that doesn't make Percy feel any better about it. Some of the gods are concerned, but Zeus is forbidding them from checking in on him, intent on leaving demigods alone despite all they've done for the Olympians. Apollo, however, is ignoring this order. He cares a little too much about Percy to watch him suffer in silence. But when a new threat arises, how will the Olympians handle it? How will the demigods handle it? This is very all over the place, but I think it turned out well in the end. (This is future me in brackets, btw, it did not turn out well lmao). In this story, Nico is overprotective of Percy (still solangelo though) as a best friend. He's forgiven Percy for the whole ordeal about Bianca and now they're pretty close, both confiding in each other about things they never thought they'd tell a soul. The ships are: Pipabeth - Piper + Annabeth Chrisse - Clarisse + Chris Solangelo - Nico + Will Valgrace (platonic) - Jason + Leo because I despise Caleo sorry lmao Perpollo - Percy + Apollo I do not own any of these characters, all rights are to Rick Riordan other than the storyline/plot.
