Shota Aizawa knew very little about his family. He knew he had an uncle who was his fathers twin but he didn't know he had cousins.
Raven Aizawa was born on a cold winter day. Her mother Hiromi Aizawa and her father Yoshito Aizawa smiled down at her. She was the product of a quirk marriage. Her mother was a pro-hero named Somnium while her father worked in some unknown business that he never told anyone about.
When she got her quirk she knew right away that she wanted to be a hero just like her mother was. Her father wasn't around when her quirk manifested. Every year was the same for the family of three. Her father leaving for several months on end then coming back for only a month just to return back to work. When Raven was 12 her mother fell ill and had to retire from hero work.
Several years later Raven finds herself staring up at U.A feeling ready to chase her dream of being a hero. The thing is that when dreams are ahead so are nightmares.

"WATCH OUT!" His head whipped around to the voice but didn't see a face, his back hit the pavement and he closed his eyes when he collided with the ground. "I am terribly sorry, are you hurt, sir?" a woman's voice asked. Aizawa opened his eyes and saw a tall, thin woman standing over him. His eyes went huge staring up at her, who was she? and why did she have the audacity to mow him down? "Sir?" She asked again, holding out her hand. Izuku Mugen, formally Yagi never had a happy life. His father, Hisashi Midoriya, died before he was born. His mother, Inko(Xtreme) married Toshinori Yagi(All Might) and had a daughter called Izumi. He smiled with his sister, but that was until they reach 4. Izumi had her mother Quirk, while he was quikless. His mother, step father, his sister, along with her friends(1A) started to bully him. Because of this, he faced neglect from his parents, abuse from his friends and sister, and was told by everyone to give up his dream. One day, 13-year-old Izuku couldn't take it anymore. He ran away from the family that abandoned him for being born the way he was. On that night, a miracle happened. It's amazing what you're capable of when you cut out the things that held you back. Trust is a fickle thing, isn't it?
Trust for Izuku Aizawa was a fickle thing, he'd constantly be forced to switch between trusting someone with his whole heart to hating them with every fiber of his being. Such was the story of his father, his teachers, his classmates, his old friends, hell even his own mother (though he never did or ever could hate her). The only person he trusted was his sister and it stayed that way for a long, long time. It stayed that way until he was adopted by Shouta Aizawa and Hizashi Yamada, he gained a new brother and sister both of whom he loved dearly. He finally felt able to trust the people around him and it was a breath of fresh air for not only him but his sister as well. There were bumps in the road but his new family stayed together.
