In this Human AU  version of Penguins of Madagascar/All Hail King Julien world, 24 year old Julien Kingsley with the obnoxious title of being the 'King of figure skating',  is a 5 year gold medalist who is going for his 6th gold medal in his 7th year of the Winter Olympics Games.  He was set on going solo this year until he accidently broke his ankle during his practice. With no available partner lined up right away and only 8 weeks until the competition begins, he has no choice but to duet with Kowalski Peppers, who was not only his newest doctor but also happened to be an expert figure skater as well and was recommended by his younger brother Mort and Kowalski's brother Private.
