Firekit his a flaming ginger she-kit with a taste for mischief and adventure. Her sister Moonkit, on the other hand, is quiet and insecure. Firekit tries to support her sister, but Moonkit is distant and is often alone. 
Despite this, the siblings are close and are determined to become apprentices, and then warriors together, to serve ForestClan loyally. But soon, they are confronted by the truth- ForestClan does not have enough warriors to be mentors and Firekit must become and apprentice alone. After this, Moonkit becomes angry and more insecure than ever, claiming that she is not good enough. Firepaw is devastated by the loss of her sister and struggles to be a warrior. Her dream is shattered- but she still is determined to lead a legacy that will burn through the forest like fire, with a Moonbeam to keep the fire from spreading too far.All Rights Reserved
