From a very young age, Flynn Rider had trained himself to be a strategist. Cunning is almost a requirement for survival as an itinerant thief, and it just so happens that Flynn has that quality in spades. He's made his life into a game of sorts, a game of winning or losing, living or dying. Always measuring the angles, discerning strengths, weaknesses, advantages, disadvantages-gleaning and using any knowledge that could help him survive another day. But this time is different. This time he's not just playing the game for himself, he's playing for the life of another. He has so much more to lose.
What an unselfish (dangerous) way to play.
(A short story reflecting Eugene Fitzherbert's final heartbeats spent with his sunshine girl.)
