This book is about Paisley, a girl who thought she was unattractive and found it hard to believe that any guy would have any interest in her. She has 3 brothers which makes life easy for her to communicate with guys because she grew up with 3 and has a sense of tom boy in her personality. She can be shy but no one can see that but her. Paisley is a high school student later in the book but the setting starts in middle school.

"Mom ! We're going to be late on the first day of school !" I put on my coat feeling nervous going back to school. Summer flew by ! My 3 brothers putting on their coats and school bags. Its funny how quickly it gets cold out.

My mom rushes down the stairs and grabs the car keys. She presses the button and the car unlocks.
