It's about growing up in Derry North of Ireland during as they were known then in the North as the troubles i grew up in a place called the bogside a Republican area of Derry believe me it was some of the most happiest days of my life see what you will hear is a good deal of laughter even though the hard times you the people in the North of Ireland had no choice but to be more appreciated of everything and everyone because you never know if you will see them tomorrow. I was born at the very start of the troubles so growing up i new nothing else but hearing a gun being fired or bombs blowing Burning this or that up but isn't just about that it's about alot more than a story of the pain and loss but laughter trying to ask your girlfriend out about every day things that all kids go except for like I said I will tell you what I can remember to a more about the time that were called the troubles
