Laine sat on the bed, her white hospital gown hanging loosely over her fragile body. Her eyes are intense, urgent. Her trembling hands grasp mine and she leans over. "Stop this Sage!" she cries now. "She stole my identity" "Who?" Tears stain her pale cheek. She ignores my question. "It's going to be over. It's too late." she says staring past me. "Laine! " I cry shaking her shoulders. "Tell me whats wrong!" But now that I looked at her, her eyes were blank. Her face expressionless. I had lost her. Sydney lost her sister, Laine, when her sister gets stuck in a trance between the past and present. Everyday Sydney tries to get her sister back, with a new seed of hope desperately trying to grow. However, when Laine let's out a few words about Stolen Identity, Sydney is willing to leave no stone unturned to find out what happened to Laine while she was away, that led her to fall in a dilemma. What she uncovers, leaves her horrified but nothing can stop her from making it right.

Nova was born to be a weapon. Trained as an elite soldier, Nova once led a team that never came back. After a mission gone devastatingly wrong and a rampage that made even the Guardians fear her, her memories were erased. Now, she's seventeen again-at least on paper-living with distant relatives in a city that doesn't feel like home, attending a militarized academy built on the ruins of her childhood. She remembers her name. She remembers nothing else. Rebellious, haunted, and lost in the blur of a life she doesn't recognize, Nova starts seeing things-echoes of the friends she lost, pieces of her old self. The Elite Guardians are watching her, some suspecting she's faking it. Among them is Kade-cold, unreadable, and strangely familiar. And there are others: students, soldiers, ghosts, and enemies who seem to know more about her than she does herself. As Nova begins to unlock terrifying truths about her past, her powers return-and so do the questions: Who was she before they erased her? Why did her team really die? And what is she truly capable of now? In a world where secrets kill and memories lie, Nova must choose between the girl she was, the weapon they made her, and the future she wants. A story of broken memories, forbidden power, and a love that might cost everything.
