After the two share a fated night in the White House's dining hall, Joe starts caring less about elections and more about erections, while Carl realizes that love comes in many shapes and forms. As the interview gets closer and closer to airing, Carl and Joe must decide whether or not to make their relationship official. Both of them are deeply in love, but what if this choice impacts their lives for the worse?
