Sophie Foster joined a group called The Black Swan Assassins. The Vackers are royalty, as well as Keefe (He is very adopted, VERY). The Neverseen are unknown in the Lost Cities. But they do exist.

Prince Fitzroy is part of the Royal Family. His mother is Queen Della. His father is King Alden. His sister is Princess Biana. And his step-brother is Prince Keefe. He is next in-line of the Royal throne, but he wants to catch the Moonlark before that happens.

Keefe Sencen-Vacker (But he pefers Keefe Vacker) was adopted by the Vackers when they realized how mistreated he was by his parents. His mother wasted no time at giving him up. His best friend and step-brother became obsessed with finding the "Moonlark and his friends" 

Sophie Foster joined the Black Swan Assassins' to take down the Neverseen. Her and her friends are sent on missions to observe the Neverseen. Stealing is their cover for what their doing. The Prince became obsessed with finding her. The public thinks she is a male brunette with midnight blue eyes.
