In a small village in the south of England, Frankie Gibbs is found dead in a river, how did she get there? no one knows, DCI Burgess and his partner DI West try to solve the case, unknowing of the situation they have landed themselves in, also along for the ride is DI West's fiancée DC Palmer, who is trying her best to help her future husband take a step back from it all and not let his ambition and arrogance get in the way of their relationship as it has done on prior occasion West and Burgess band together to interview 5 of the people who knew Frankie Gibbs best, Stuart Hibbert is the first up, followed by classmates Theodore Harvey-Rollins and his unrequited love interest Howard McPherson, Olivia Nichols who often spends her time talking about her mothers pharmacy and Isabella Bates, who's mother sells her body to put food on the table. As they delve deeper into the case West starts to stop focusing on the world around him and he stops looking after himself and shelters himself behind paperwork and theorising who could've killed Gibbs, his relationships both with his partner and his fiancée crumble before him and he is left heartbroken and angry, putting more fuel on the DI West fire, but will he solve the case or will he wind up fishing for red herrings? ⚠️ massive trigger warning: contains mentions of murd3r phys!cal @buse and sucic!de ⚠️

Meet Kyle and Kate, two 15 year old students who have a gift for thinking fast, quick, and smart. Oh, and meet the other 18 kids in their class. Some call them genius, some call them annoying. PART 1 The year starts off bad enough, that is, with earthquakes and snowstorms. And finally, when things starts to clear up, the first murder occurs. Right in front of their eyes. It seemed obvious who did it, but as the murderer wrote her confession, a completely different murder occurs across town. Shocked, the police rush over to gather the evidence and clues, but before they even assemble their evidence, the police are led to another death. One by one, deaths occur around town, faster than the police can count. There's not much in common with all of the murders, only the fact that all of the victims come from one class. In the course on one year, the class of 18 shrinks drastically. PART 2 As summer vacation begins, the remains of the class split. Five students tell their stories of meeting new people, near death experiences, and funny incidences. PART 3 More than what meets the eye happened in the course of the summer. The class comes back to a new year, utterly shocked to find that 4 new students have joined their class. Everything starts out alright, but people are getting frantic. The government sent in spies to watch the class for suspicious behavior, two of them students themselves. Two other students are hired to try to figure things out on their own. What nobody realizes however, is what's important. As the year goes on, some of the students realize: -A secret passageway may not be limited to only the house. -The school has a basement -Falling down a flight of stairs can save lives A supposedly dead student wakes up from a coma, people start realizing things, all leading to the final, seemingly unimportant clue, that closed the gap from arresting the wrong person, to finding the real murderer.
