Fool's Daughter

Molli Dalley lives in a 1920s era where science and technology combined to make the world work as if by magic. But what if there is real magic at work still? What if the world is more than what meets the common human eye. What if there are people left who aren't quite people? They are hidden in the nooks and crannies of every day life and maybe some that aren't so hidden.

Molli is a elf. She is part of a dying breed it seems. Not many of them left. The only ones she knows are her parents and they aren't the greatest examples to represent your kind. They called them selves gifts to the wretched. If gifts included fake potions and made up spells. They put the art in conartists. Not saying all their "art" didn't work. Some would if of course it benefited them.

Whether it be her elven blood or her determination she knows she is meant to do more than what her parents made her believe. Molli's story begins with a goodbye.
