Coco Yuma has spent most of her life knowing she was useless, unfit for any job thrown her way. Being that she was a mid-tier destined to be nothing more than a pawn for someone else stronger than her and their schemes, but it didn't help she was lazy as hell, not to mention a tad bit snarky. Well, at least she has a secret weapon of her own: An ability to deviate another's ability. Her fear: losing that small privilege in a cruel world. Every day is another fight and it becomes Harder when Coco moves to a new town. When Coco is put into a new school, and new friends everything, as she predicted, goes as expected so far. More fights for her to manage and having to think up of more ways to just be able to get through high school. Until a confrontation with Wellston's King leading to a big fight ends up phasing both sides and as well as some students of Wellston high Coco's straightforward life is turned upside-down. Quickly she's thrusted into a new environment one filled with danger as High school life quickly turns into Authorities trying to fight for justice, or so they say, Vigilantes desperately fighting for a new world that they see at the end of the tunnel, Ember an organization with the intent to squash any of these vigilantes in order to maintain rule and many more. Getting through high school suddenly seems like child play when your life is on the line. On top of all the discoveries, Coco discovers her family isn't as normal as she always thought it was. With all the changes happening Coco is forced to make decision after decision. Something that she's not used to. And another one involves changing the course of how our characters endure the rest of the story. The pen is in Coco's hand and the paper is in front of her as her beliefs are being tested. Now it's up to her to write her story or continue to let others write it for her.
