Amy's single, living in Bozeman, MT. She's late thirties and a travel writer for a magazine, and while she loves her life, she has prayed for marriage and to have a family for years.
Kevin lives in Seattle. He's a paramedic, turned lawyer. He's also been praying for marriage, but his faith is rocky ground.
For the past several years, Amy has spent a few weeks around Christmas with her sister's family in Whitefish, MT. It's a few hour drive, but so worth the downtime she gets with them. This year is a little different as a freak accident turns her world upside down, but the good things that come along with bad are definitely worth sticking around for.

Amy and Ty were happy, there wedding was in 4 Months. Amy was 22 and Ty was 24 who was now a certified Vet. Lilly was over for a visit and Amy was spending some quality time with her. Amy returns home from Europe and finds the family turning on her for cheating on Ty, unfortunately Amy is none the wiser about what there on about, even more confusing is a video that she has no recollection of being in or doing. Later when the truth comes out Amy is mortified. Ty blames her for going when he'd told her he wasn't happy about it, not the Job but the Person she was going with and he didn't trust him, neither did the family except Tim. She'd decided not to go ,but Tim pushed and bullied her until she did go much to Ty's disapproval which put a bigger strain on there relationship when the truth finally comes out on what Amy had been put through unbeknown to her.Complete
